So,
I have got way too much that I want to accomplish and that means I have to cut back somewhere. I've tried cutting back on sleep but there's only so far you can go with that. One thing that I want to focus more on for the next little while is my training. College starts back up again on Sunday and I have been putting in extra time at work. I have several projects around the house that I would like to get done before summer and I would also like to read a book or two that aren't required reading. You know, just for fun. <gasp> It would also be fun to learn how to draw. The least essential time-consuming thing that I do is keep this blog updated daily and that is going to have to be where the cut comes for now.
The plan, for now, is cut back to a scheduled post once a week, probably on Fridays. I'm sure there will be bonus posts when stuff really grabs my attention and I may throw in some Saturday videos if I run across any that I'd like to share. With any luck, this will create the balance that I need at the moment.
I can't just quit blogging. This medium is a perfect fit for my personality and my writing style. It has allowed me to put my thoughts in order and make space in my brain for more exciting notions. When taken as a whole, this blog pulls off the trick of being whimsical while being deliberate and allows me to tinker around with reality-changing ideas. This blog has become an integral part of my journey.
It just needs to share my time better with all the other things jumping up and down yelling, "Pick me! Pick me!"
